Meeple-a-thon 2021 looks forward to welcoming all participants on October 22-23, 2021, and we look forward to helping keep you safe with enhanced health, safety and hygiene procedures in place.
Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. All persons present at PCKC, including but not limited to, attendees, guests, exhibitors, volunteers, contractors and staff voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Currently, per directive of the Mayor of Kansas City, Missouri, masks are mandatory indoors for all persons, vaccinated or unvaccinated, including all attendees, guests, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff at Meeple-a-thon. Per the Mayor’s reinstated mask order (effective October 7 – Nov 4, 2021) all attendees are required to wear facial coverings that securely cover a person’s nose and mouth and remain affixed in place without the use of one’s hands.
Per the order, limited exceptions that allow for the temporary removal of the mask will be allowed:
- Designated dining areas (when actively eating and drinking)
- Designated gaming areas, while seated, with the consent of all parties at the table.
Meeple-a-thon 2021 continues to receive guidance from local health authorities and officials. We anticipate that this mask mandate will be in place during the event. If the mask mandate changes or is rescinded, these policies may change.
Meeple-a-thon will continue to update attendees through social media and this website for information related to health and safety protocols and the show.
